The Journey

I was born in Jamaica, land of Jerk Chicken, Escovitch Fish, Curry Goat, and Ackee & Saltfish.

With my mother's encouragement, I started poking around the kitchen at an early age. It was not long before I discovered that I actually had a knack for cooking! My love for cooking grew as I spent more time in the kitchen and by the time I migrated to the United States I was fully sold on the idea of opening my own restaurant one day. I set out to learn as much as I could. I spent a ton of time reading culinary books and experimenting with different flavors, styles, techniques and cuisines.

Greg's Kitchen, a place where people can get quality food with a unique twist on flavors, is the culmination of the years of hard work. At Greg’s Kitchen, I use only fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices to create my dishes as I believe that food should not only be flavorful but also clean. The goal is to offer mouth-watering food to keep you coming back.

So it is my hope that you'll find as much pleasure in eating as I get from preparing each dish.

We are a Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MHKO).

Our food is prepped, cooked, and served on the same day, with no more than 30 meals per day. Days of operation: Saturday and Sunday.
